This page identifies the legal person operating HappyFace (the "Service") at happyface.io and via our iOS and Android apps, and tells you how to reach us. HappyFace is operated by Happyface Platform Inc., a Canadian corporation.
For all general inquiries, account issues, bug reports, press, partnership, or other contact, email support@happyface.io. We aim to acknowledge support requests within two business days.

Email-based support only at support@happyface.io. We do not currently operate a telephone support line; email us first and we will arrange a call if needed.
The following fields are conditionally required for operators established in the EU. Happyface Platform Inc. is a Canadian federally-incorporated entity not currently registered in any EU member state, so these fields are not applicable. They will be completed if and when an EU establishment is opened.
Under Regulation (EU) 524/2013 (ODR Regulation), the European Commission provides an online dispute-resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to and do not currently participate in alternative-dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer-arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).
The HappyFace iOS app is distributed via the Apple App Store; the Android app is distributed via Google Play. Support requests sent through either store are routed to support@happyface.io.
